Sending up prayers for many this Sunday...

We ask all of you to keep the following folks in your prayers.

My Aunt Daisy who is in critical condition in Memphis. One of her lungs has collapsed, she has been on the ventilator for 5 days and is showing no signs of improvement. We send our love & prayers for her, my Uncle Charlie and cousins Neal & Chad. My mom is there with her now as well. She is so very loved and we just pray to see her make a turn around here.

We also pray for a little girl named Maddie whom is at Vanderbilt Childrens Hospital. She was a former preemie at Centennial, has been in Vanderilt dealing with some preemie related issues and has contracted a bacterial infection in her pic line. The next 12-24 hours are crucial. We just pray for this little girl who has fought so hard to get so far. We pray for her amazing family that has stood beside her every step of the way.

Lastly we are praying for Bella...she has required 100 % oxygen for the past several days & seems to be working harder to breathe. She is still on the nasal cannula for now. We think we are seeing some rebound from the decrease in steroids. We should see the rebound peak here so we are praying that she doesn't regress too much more before this happens.

The power of prayer...we are living it and believing in it more than ever...

Much love to all
Telisha

  1. Telisha,
Just recently (two weeks or so) remembered to find your blog. It's been an honor to be brought along on your journey.

Saw Dylan on his way to children's church yesterday and of course thought of you all. So glad to read on the last post he was able to meet and be with Bella. Prayers continue for you all from your Belmont family.
    Peace,
    Andrea Murdock

  3. Dear and All Mighty Heavenly Father we praise you and ask once again for the Power from on High that only you can deliver. Please send your Healing touch to Ms Daisy if it be your will. Please let her remain here with her family for a while longer. We know goodbyes are so very hard to say father but she loves you so very much and her work is not yet complete. Please allow her to stay if just for awhile longer so those who love her so dearly can love her for a bit longer before having to say goodbye. We know we will meet again in heaven and what a joy it will be. So please we beg of you to heal her if it is your will. If you are in need of her father we understand and accept your decisions whole heartedly. Please help little Maddie and make the infection disappear. Please wrap your loving arms around her family at this time and help them along their journey you have set before them as well. Please guide the Dr and Nurses hands in her care and please bring her home once more with her family and allow her to be another shining example of your love and power and of the miracles only you can perform. And once more Dear father we humbly pray for you to continue to help Bella along her path. Heal her lungs, ease her breathing and make the rebound effect completely disappear father. Watch over her family as they stand with you while you heal her. Hold them ever so tightly along their journey as well. May the angels wrap their ever so beautiful wings around all we are praying for and send them comfort in their times of need and the strength they each need to hold fast to their faith while you do your work thru their loved ones. In you Blessed and Beautiful name we pray, AMEN. God Bless the little children and God Bless all those mention here today and all the world over in need of your power and Love
