We got the call about 10 pm last night. Bella had to go back on the vent. They tried everything including a blood transfusion but could not get her to progress. The xray is showing that both of her lungs have collapsed so she was not able to make them work without the vent. Now all we can do is watch, wait & pray that they will heal & grow on their own, which will be a long long road ahead. I am heartbroken, scared & deflated. I am working on turning it over to Him, just not there yet...Bless her heart, she tried so hard & I am amazed at her will. I will find that same will in myself I sure hope to keep pushing on thru this. Thanks for your continued prayers, she needs them now just as much as she did 3 months ago.

Please know our prayers are with Bella and all of you during this setback.But God is there and everything he does he does for a reason tho we know not what that reason is and we question him at times, but Please keep your faith strong even when your mind and body is tired and your heart is broke he will fix all things, He will pick you up and carry you thru this time. He is holding Bella right this moment and healing her,she just needed some help right now to rest, and heal and grow. She is his angel and he takes care of his angels . Take this time to meditate in your Lord and savior, talk with him, walk with him at all times. He is listening, hearing and will respond when the time is right. God watch over Bella and your family and guide the hands of all that are involved in Bella's care so she will grow, heal and soon be off the Vent and back in her mothers arms. ReplyDeleteOh Telisha, taking two steps back is so hard, especially after she's made so many steps forward. She's tough, as are you (even if you don't think so right now) and hopefully she'll be over this hump soon after a very short "vent vacation."
