The surgery has been set for 9 am tomorrow morning. We are still hoepful that this is for the best. We will post as soon as we get an update post-op.
Please keep Chris' grandmother in your prayers as well. She is 93 and having complications from gallbladder surgery. They have called in the family and there is a chance she may not make it thru the night. We are on our way to see her now.
May the Holy Spirit comfort us and our family during this time. May we continue to trust in God's will and hold fast to our faith.
Much love to all
Telisha
Prayers and thoughts going out to all.
ReplyDeleteWe are praying for wisdom for the doctors, confidence and strength for you and Chris, God's will and mercy for Chris's grandmother and comfort for the family.
ReplyDeleteTelisha and Chris,
ReplyDeleteI know that you are both worried and nervous about the pending operation, but I believe that Bella will come through it just fine. My cousin was a preemie at 27 wks and went through countless operations, transfusions, and 6 months in the NICU... today he is nearing his 18th birthday. He is 50% hearing impaired and legally blind, but hasn't let that stop him one bit. He is 6 months older than Julian, and learned to ride a bike way before Julian did. The boy will never have a drivers license, yet he can drive a standard truck on his parent's 16 acres without hitting anything... even a small bump. He's also climbed mountains, rode a zip line in Brazil, and rode a horse down the Grand Canyon. Kids are way more resilient than we can imagine. I have faith that Bella will be able to do whatever she puts her mind to doing later in life.
I will be sending healing thoughts to both Bella and Chris' grandmother in the days to come. I will tell Dom and Desi about Bella and ask that they get in touch with you.
Love,
Stacy and the kids
