Bella has graced us with her beautiful presence for 8 weeks now, every minute is a blessing....
Sorry folks we have been slacking on the updates but have just been watching and waiting on growth and progress with Bella's lung. We have hit 2 pounds officially! But on the down side her lungs are not progressing on their own. We have opted to start some steroids to assist with the process. The possible side effects are pretty scary but we have heard many success stories and well nothing else really matters if she can't breathe...We are praying that it works and she can be weaned off the respirator. She has been on for almost 2 months now and over a prolonged period of time can really do some long term damage...We are hopeful AND prayerful that this will be the answer. So PLEASE keep the prayers coming that we see some results this week and the possible side effects do not apply to her :)
Just a thank you to all of you again for your kindness, still completely filled with the Holy Spirit and moved by the human spirit... We hope to have many new and exciting updates as the week continues.

ReplyDeleteMay the Lord watch and keep the blessings and miracles rolling in on the wings of angels. Father reach down while you are holding Bella and make her lungs stronger each passing day. We know not the road you have laid out before her but we trust in your all powerful hands and miracles you have bestowed upon Bella so far and we trust there are many more yet to come.Hold the Cobb family tight to you as they travel this road with Bella. Lift them up when they feel they may stumble, Keep them ever so strong in their faith and love for you for it is not our will but your will to be done.Thank you Lord for everything you have done and everything you will yet do for Bella. Please Lord prevent any side effects from the medication Bella is receiving and allow her Lungs to grow as they need to so she will soon come home and be held and loved by her family as they admire your miracle you have allowed them to witness. Let Bella grow into a strong little angel here on earth and fill the air with her giggles and laughter.May the world witness this yet another miracle sent from heaven from you our father. We praise you Father now and forever .AMEN. God bless the little children and God bless the Cobb family and all whom you allow to have a hand in Bella's care guided only by you .
